Key Responsibilities of a Housekeeper
- Cleaning & laundering duties in all guest areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and back of house
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Ensures housekeeping standards are followed
- Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like, cots, extra towels, tea or coffee pods etc
- Maintains inventory of necessary supplies in both the rooms and storage cupboard
- Reports necessary maintenance items
