We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager in one of McMullen’s prime sites, The White Hart, Hertford. A Macs pub since 1908.


Location & Style

Right in the heart of Hertford, in a prime High Street location this busy bar is part of our Social Specialist concept focusing on live entertainment, high level music events and live sport. The food offer is street food inspired with freshly baked sourdough pizzas, dirty burgers and sharing plates. We serve a large selection of craft beer, alongside a collection of world and small batch gins and fresh cocktails.

This is a three bar operation with a sun trap courtyard with a large outside TV that has been covered to keep the elements at bay so guests can enjoy the space all day and night whatever the weather. The pub also has a games room with interactive darts, shuffleboard and arcade games, great for groups and parties.

With 9 huge screens including 1 outside and 2 in the barn, this is Hertford’s home of sport. Showing unmissable sport 7 days a week.


With live music on Fridays and a DJ on a Saturday, Silent disco once a month and seasonal events throughout the year for up to 500 guests. This is an exciting venue to run.
