Because we operate within a tight geography our team benefit from our excellent Training Centre at our Hertford brewery. This has a fully working bar and cellar, a well-equipped training suite with syndicate rooms and an exceptional training kitchen with 12 work-stations. We believe that thorough training lays great foundations and gives our team all the skills necessary to ensure that both they, and our business, is successful.
Rewarding our team for the time they give to us is important. So, no matter what your role is there will be a bonus scheme in place. Hourly paid team receive an increased pay rate for working on bank holidays. You’ll get a team discount card for you and your family to use as a thank you for completing your initial training. Meals are discounted when you’re working a shift. Plus we run incentives and competitions throughout the year for team to get involved with.

GROW Programme
