The Driving Range and Golf Course Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to golfers while maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and daily operations of the driving range and golf course facilities. This position supports a positive guest experience by ensuring practice areas are well-maintained, equipment is organised, and safety standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer customer questions regarding range operations, course rules, and facility amenities.
  • Provide exceptional service to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of baskets.
  • Ensure bays, mats, tees, and practice areas are clean and in good condition.
  • Monitor the driving range for safety and enforce facility rules.
  • Empty bins and keep tidy
  • Report equipment malfunctions, hazards, or maintenance concerns to management.
  • Ensure all equipment is stored properly and securely at the end of each shift.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
  • Comply with all facility policies and customer service standard
  • Knowledge of golf and golf course operations preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
