We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager in one of McMullen’s prime sites, The White Hart, Hertford.

Location & Style

Right in the heart of Hertford, in a prime High Street location this busy bar is part of our Social Specialist concept focusing on live entertainment, high level music events and live sport. The food offer is street food inspired with freshly baked sourdough pizzas, dirty burgers and sharing plates. We serve a large selection of craft beer, alongside a collection of world and small batch gins and fresh cocktails.

This is a three bar operation with a sun trap courtyard with a large outside TV that has been covered to keep the elements at bay so guests can enjoy the space all day and night whatever the weather.

This site trades to 1am at weekends and 11am during the week with live music and entertainment every weekend and promoter led events of up to 500 people every second month.
