General Manager with Accommodation

We are recruiting for The Vine, a McMullen pub since 1933, rebuilt in 1982 and made great in 2018, a large and varied pub.

Location and Style

Huge garden, outside terrace, separate dining/function area and large airy bar, the Vine has it all. It caters for everyone from locals stopping in for a pint on the way home from work, families enjoying the restaurant area to groups of friends dancing the night away to some live music.

The pub sits within the Macs Classic concept. We are looking for a manager to maintain the excellent standards already in place and to drive sales. Food is 40% of the mix here so you will need a passion for both back and front of house. For the right person there is scope for growth in both the wet and food side of the business. The Vine has a solid foundation with a fantastic management team and gives the right candidate the opportunity to showcase their skills to drive the business forward.
